Position description – Purpose
The mission of IT Service Engineer is to proceed with delivery services to customer end users, playing responsible role in progressing IT service requests, reacting & resolving IT service incidents, completion within agreed SLA, as well as performing IT procedures. COS – Customer Oriented Service.
Position description – Accountabilities, Scope, and Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Monitor Request Management queues on ongoing routine basis & progress with assigned requests following internal procedure.
Monitor Incident Management Tool assignment groups on ongoing routine basis, react & resolve on assigned incidents following internal procedure.
Monitor IT functional mailbox & react on incoming messages according to internal instructions.
Proceed with incoming incidents & requests within agreed Time-To-React & Time-To-Resolve.
Be Experienced enough to communicate with end-users and answer IT questions, provide consulting & assisting.
Perform & execute IT procedures according to internal instructions & policies.
Keep SKMS (Service Knowledge Management System) up-2-date & optimized, including procedures, diagrams, guides, manuals, etc.
Prioritize and plan assigned scope of work accordingly.
Team work as member of IT OSS Team.
Technical skills required
Maintain & repair any kind of HP corporate solutions including laptop/desktops, servers & storage, Backup libraries, Maintain & repair printers (HP, Kyocera, Develop, Xerox, Canon, etc.), VoIP, patching, cabling, Microsoft OS products, MS Office (Excel, Word), Visio, Access.

Russian - native
English - read-write-speak well
